Is this a typo? I swore ranged dismount was adjusted from 6 seconds to 8 seconds, while dismount from melee weapons stayed at 10.

Also, is this all forms of dismount (Infused Throw & Riding Swipe), or just the special labeled "Dismount" ?

Correct, this was a typo and yes all forms of dismount.
