Ok, forgot about the ice blue being just a Test Center thing

but...
Some Clydesdale findings (forgive me if I have missed these in this thread, or these boards, also, I don't really look at the UO.com forums too much so it may have already been posted there):
- Each spawn point seems to produce at least two Clydesdales at a time
- You need around 89.1 Animal Taming to have a chance to tame (perhaps depending on STR value of creature)
- Based on UOCah data, I don't believe there are any tameables that require 89.1 specifically, but based on the Hell Hound (85.5; 69% chance at 120 animal taming) and Dragon (93.9; 52.2% chance at 120 animal taming), you could fail a few times even with 120 Animal Taming.
- When carved they produce 3 ribs and 10 hides
- Same sounds as a horse, and as such, UOA/UO Horse sound filters work on these as well
- Same footstep sounds as a horse
- Features what looks to be a docked tail, probably because of grid-based limitations but perhaps to convey the traditional, commercialized Budweiser horse?
- Base Clydesdale can be transferred to a character with 0 animal taming skill as far as I can tell
I farmed for short while and killed 58 Clydesdales and got the following data:
HUE | NUMBER SPAWNED | PERCENTAGE OF SPAWNED |
0 | 51 | 87.93% |
2761 | 5 | 8.62% |
2500 | 1 | 1.72% |
2763 | 1 | 1.72% |
2761 and 2763 are brown variants. 2500 is a black/gray variant. Nothing too special there but the darker brown and the black/gray don't look too bad for natural hues.

One thing I would say is the detail on the hooves is really nice. The attack and death animations are smooth. I do kind of wish they had unique sounds, but then there are plenty of horse variants that do not, I suppose. Like perhaps a nightmare could have a more demonic sound, but maybe after 20+ years of sounding like a horse...you just give up on that idea
