Both are not shard bond but the issue is i see if you use well of souls it keeps shard bond but 700 Sov it does not

I was wondering if they would be able to be transformed. That's good to know. I'm assuming you could also cut up the tabard into cloth and make a robe etc out of it too (I know you can cut up the SDI robe). The color doesn't really do enough for me to use 10 drops but for those that do like it that might be an option.

Yes you can cut them. I also don't think it is a great color. Abysmal cloth is a better choice IMO. But collectors be collecting I guess.

remember when you could turn in eggs at destard trader for turn in points . may i suggest a turn in sort of like that at Deceit ? bones for 1 pt ea and all that extra trick or treat junk for 2 pts

not really into spending hours and hours grinding in the dungeon ....

they still need to add more low end deco choices. like some 5 or 10 point stuff to collect. you can tell this event was made for em event players !
casual players get a little 4 page book
