UO Bulk Order Deeds Version 3.3 Question

I have just started to use this to keep track of the BODs i have. I entered all the LBOD Smithy ones and went to enter the SBODs but I am just able to input Small Armor, I went to the My BODs and it shows up as a Bascinet. I cannot find any other way to change this. Is this normal or am i doing something wrong.
Is there any other program out there that will keep track of your BODs?
