UO assist Malware?

Greetings all:

Returning after 2.5 years and I have a question. I re-downloaded UO assist yesterday and Bit Defender blocked it claiming it was Malware. I used it for years before. Has something happened since then or do I just need to tell Bit Defender that it's ok?

Make sure you downloaded it from a real source. There can potentially be fake sites for it (especially ones claiming hacked versions that don't need purchase of keys) that would actually be malware vectors.

You still have to pay once per account to use it, though you can get the key back for any account that has ever had it. Recovering the key is free and fairly easy.
