found this "Unused tile": Weight 1 stone. Downlockable, tradable, movable. Is this worth anything?

i paid 4m for mine on LS. seen as high as 8. not exactly sure why so cheap. although i don't know where they come from :> i remeber unused tiles in bags but i think they were a different graphic..
