Unusable treasure map

I found a treasure map that is unusable:
when I double click it, says: "You must wait to perform another action."
when I use the context menu and then decode map: nothing happen.

I tried to log-out: nothing
Close and re-open the client: nothing
Open another map: when I try to open the other maps I'm able to decode and open them
I even tried to open it from the ground or from another container different than my backpack, but nothing happens :/

Has anyone experienced this problem before?

Hi,

You found a bug, please report it because I don't work for the company, oh wait I do, just its not my responsibility to report bugs. So you really need to report it otherwise it will just remain an unidentified bug.

Oh yeah, by the way, we will not support you any further and will not be in contact with you.

Bad luck if this bug resulted in you loosing any of your items, we wont be doing anything about it if it does.

OT:
A months ago I had a funny episode with the customer's support.
Bought a GTC but it wasn't applied so I'm goes to the EA support center.
For the shop issues it suggest to use the live chat for solve the problem.
I go to the chat, wait for the operator and I explained the problem:

ME: The GTC was not applied to my account.
OP: Please give me the code
ME: <I gave him the order ID, because the GTC is not sent by email>
OP: Ok, but where is the code?
ME: <I explained him how works the GTC and I said him that I bought that through uogamecodes.com>
OP: ok, so you have to contact the uogamecodes customer service.
ME: you are the uogamecodes customer service!
OP: ok, I send an e-mail to someone else with the informations of you're case and we'll let you know, ok?



However, to back on topic: this problem is really strange is never happen to me before the last publish :/

I did have that happen. I put the map away and when I came back and tried the next day it was fine.

nope, this one still not working after the server restart

Maybe someone digged that map already and gave up after dieing multiple times to the initial spawn? (If I remember right it gets 'completed by someone' after the lock got picked?)
Otherwise you might need to wait around 30 days for the map to reset. maybe that resolves your problem with it.

unfortunately the reset was done and I didn't heard about another
