Unravel bag, what am i missing

I've been to all of the artificers in tel mur, but there is no "Buy" option, only Training options. I went to the artificer at Mount Sho, but unravel bag was not in his inventory of items. Where else\How can I buy an unravel bag ? Help!

They removed the unravel bags in the last publish. There's an option in the imbuing gump to "unravel container". This will unravel in any container same as the unravel bag did.
