I was giving these away to people recently (one of whom then tried to sell on a vendor in luna for however many mil...) because I had made so many the day the patch went in. (I had just kept hitting make last thinking I was making something else and not looking)
I don't think they'll ever be considered rare. I have too many I'm sure other people do too.
