I am trying to reactivate my account on UO.com and when I click on the New/Edit Account settings on the left side under Account Management I get this message that comes up:
"Unable to connect
Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at account.ea.com.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web."
I get that message every single time I try to get to the Account Management page to login to my account. I don't know how to reactivate my account. In the email notice I got about my account going deactive (when I wasn't even home I got this email) it states that the hours for the customer support are Mon-Fri from 10am-10pm EST. It's 2am here and I would like to login to my account, is this just a small error that will fix itself or what's the dealio?
