Unable To Fix IsDone.dll Error!

Hello friends. I recently bought a gaming PC. Whenever I try to install Shroud of the Avatar, the Isdon.dll error is showing. I don’t know why this is happening, and how to solve the issue. Can anyone provide any suggestions to solve this issue? It will be greatly appreciated.
