uk /european uo classic and sa client downloads

Hi folks whenever I try and download the clients via the uo.com homepage i get truly abysmall speeds. I'm not sure if this is due to the servers location or simply how busy they are but can anyone refer me to a link for both of these clients on a good uk/euro location?
