Oh I get it, velocity is the same as a hit spell.

I'm interested in buying this, lets try and decide on a price. I shouldn't think it would be quite as high as has been mentioned, as hit spell on a comp isn't always the best when your trying to chase someone down with moving shot (rubber banding)... Still tho, it is a lovely peice of equipment.
