At the recent Town Hall meeting they hinted that SA would indeed be appearing at some point. More recently, Jeremy pretty much confirmed this in one of her posts. The 'when' is another matter but it would seem that the current event threads are leading up to it so perhaps some time towards the end of this year.
However, whether or not it will be KR only, as originally planned, is quite unknown.
