Two quick questions

1. At what LVL can a smith make repair deeds? Or do they have to do some kind of quest to do them?

2. How in the world is people dyeing their Quiver Of Infinity??

I hope someone can steer me in the right direction.

I believe you have to be "Master" level (90 skill) to make repair deeds.

And, the Tokuno pigments worked on the quiver, last I checked.

should be 90 as stated and tokuno will die the quiver also the slimes during the event would too I have a couple I died then
