Bought High Seas last night, and the whole process was user friendly.
Once I got past a common
bump in the road as a returning veteran during account management, everything was fine. Better than fine. Great. The new account management system looks slick and is easy to use. The ability to link all of my accounts together? Let's give credit where credit is due, because that is pure genius on EA/Mythic's part.
However (back to that bump in the road), the "username_uo" trick was absolutely necessary for me to retrieve and link my old UO account to my new EA account, and yet it is mentioned nowhere during the account linking process. Why is that? (It's a rhetorical question, EA/Mythic--please consider including a hint about that trick somewhere in the account linking process.
