Turquoise Rings

How do you obtain Turquoise rings? Are they craftable, I thought I could make them with my Tinkerer craftsman, but I don't see it in the menue under rings.

I don't know the exact frequency, but it's pretty rare. According to this thread, it took Thunerz 4,000 turquoise to get three rings that he wanted and under 500 turquoise for Connor Graham to get two that he wanted: http://vboards.stratics.com/showthread.php?p=1536140.

Turquoise rings have SSI not SDI.

SSI = Swing Speed Increase

SDI = Spell Damage Increase

I was lucky and got the one SSI ring i needed from 30turqoise [3rings]
