Do we decipher these maps just like t-maps? Or something else?

And this map from the turkey doesn't show much!

Did you go to the center of that map? That seems to be the only thing to do, off hand.

use the brush from the guy at moon zoo on the map
then double click map & ground where the nest location is shown, it should be uncovered if you are within 8 tiles

no you need to find that location, get the brush from the guy at the zoo, say "brush" double click the brush target map and target ground, if you are close it will give you instructions

not to give it away but i would look somewhere on the coast south of TRINSIC ;)

BUT do they really expect players to run around like a "turkey" with it's head chopped off looking for a spot close to a nest if they aren't familiar with the lands?

And I have clicked all around on the ground around Bald Island for that map, and nothing. =/

couple of guildmates showed me their maps, and there were pins on them for the nest location, and I don't see that on yours, Wolfie

the maps do not seem to correspond with regular t-map locations... we found the closest t-map, recalled to there and walked to the spot shown on the turkey map

yes it should have a pin, but you may have removed it, not a real prob if you go to the furtherst point and check it will tell you if you are in wrong location close etc until u uncover the nest, judging my yrmate i can say it is in the trisnic se coast region

This is where Treasure Hunting, and getting to know how the terrain looks on the maps, comes in handy...

Not to laugh at all of you or anything, but in the EC, the map is in color and looks exactly like a portion of the atlas (although rotated by 45 degrees), so it's horribly easy to find the locations.

In Renaissance client (I call it that cause It's what I've had since Renaissance and don't know what others call it.) I've solved 2 of three I've gotten and led a guild mate to one of the places it's surprisingly easy. And I'm not a T-hunter. I did use hawkeyes index.

The Enhanced Client gives you a huge advantage when doing these...

Maps look just like the atlas, just oriented differently.
