[Imbuing] Trying to get a specific luck piece need help

I need a 1h weapon , or a shield with :

150 Luck
and
3%+ LMC

I tried comboing golden runic without powerful , auspicious + mystic/sorcery. I also tried copper + powerful auspicious, or bronze + power auspicious, never got a 150 luck piece with lmc on it ,am i doing something wrong ?

Inspired (Arcane of Wizardry)
Exalted

It is not an easy one to land though.
