Trying to buy Legacy Tokens

I am trying to buy Legacy tokens through the UOherald website with no luck, everytime i go to complete the transaction, it tell me there is a high volume of sales and to try later, i have been trying for 3 days now and wondering if anyone else is having this same issue and maybe someone knows where i can purchase them elsewhere....

Its been an issue for many months. Don't know if its been brought up on Uhall or not, or even if they think that kind of thread belongs there, but someone seriously needs to look into this. There is supposedly an 800 number you can call to get them, but when I called it I was on hold for nearly 2 hours, then when I finally got ahold of a rep he had no idea what I was talking about. I explained to him that I was having trouble buying legacy tokens for UO, he placed me on hold for 2-3 minutes to talk to a supervisor. When he came back on the line he gave me a code for a token, thanked me for calling then hung up. So I did get a free token for my time and their ignorance, so I can't be too miffed, but I had planned on buying 4 or 5. Never seen a company so unwilling to take my money.

I went as far as having to read it to them word for word...be persistent and patient...

It doesn't work. I've tried multiple times, and so have others that I know. Or maybe it's just like a 2% chance to succeed. It's been reported many times, just do a search for uogamecodes on stratics forums.

It's been this way for 3 months and obviously EA doesn't care about the lost revenue. Only way it has been reported to work is do what someone else mentioned, call them and be prepared to wait on hold for like 40 minutes.
