From the Desk of the Governor of Vesper:
The Governors of Vesper and New Magincia and the Town of Skara Brae are inviting members of the realm to come Trick of Treat around the Town of Nidaros , the Cities of Luna, Zento and New Magincia and at the Church of Virtues and Corwyn Library through October 31st.
All houses offering trick or treating have stewards labeled "Trick or Treat"
to receive your treat say "boo"
rewards are random and contain things like candy, gifts, rares and other things... but also tricks.
You can trick or treat once a day per house.
The town of Nidaros is located east of Skara Brae
