Take the Makoto exit from a moongate and then follow the central road north.
So go to Tokuno and explore? Isn´t that why we play the game?
Kill anything that looks 'frosty' and new.
While I understand the benefits of all the guides and tutorials made about the game they also make us players spoiled and lazy and let us take the easy way out which makes exploring on our own a lost art. *sigh*

Spawn ends at the server down of that night. But if you log in after the time, you can turn new things in.
So, play it safe and end at the time on the NPC.
I have a question and I don't want to make a big deal of it but just a simple yes/no--I am seeing sampire and gargoyle multi-boxers at this event. Is that just the norm nowadays for events? Has Mesanna and them essentially said boxing is legal? Just trying to catch up on today's culture

Yes it seems so. You can buy 1000 of thoose drops for 1.x platin each day! That is the driver behind it.
and why there is silence from the dev Team? Because they can do nothing against it. Every move will be nulled by optimized scripts but will Hit the casual player.
I do 30 to 50 drops a day if I find the time for that even and I am just above the amount of that what a bot Player farms at one day.
Understood, I feel like there are some far worse situations like one of the leading reasons I stopped playing UO regularly was on the PvP side and all of the cheats seen there.
I need to dust off my sampire but I have been slowly getting drops on my mystic mage
