General Treasure Maps

Having a problem making the Tattered world map with Treasure maps completed by my Thunter. It keeps saying I need 3 more level 3 maps yet I have 5. Three are Malas and two are Ter Mur. Now I could understand if some were Felucia and some Trammel but they are not. This needs to be fixed.

pretty sure the maps have to be all the same facet, or at least I don't remember it ever letting you craft them with maps of different facets.
