Skills Treasure Maps Unable To Be Decoded

I think what is happening is the maps are being generated on an invalid position, and any attempt to decode them generates a "You must wait to perform another action" message.

However the 30 day reset now seems to be working on every map, and they are returning to being Tattered. When I went through my 122 stored maps today with GM Cartography, about 15-20 were unable to be decoded and just gave the above message.

Try decoding them again about 1-2 minutes after you receive this message. When t-maps are looking for a location (either by being spawned in game or when decoded after the 30 day reset timer) it may take a little while to find a valid location.
