What are people using to find treasure map locations now that UOAM is done?

Yeah i have the rune books (Goodmans-Atlantic) But the are numbered. I used to use UOAM to find which number it was then use the rune book to go to that number, without UOAM i have no idea what number each map is....
On my runelibrary in Europa each spot is numbered and that number can be found here:

You can just look at the coordinates for the one you're looking for. I never did use UOAM because I couldn't get the tmap locations to load for some reason. The maps are grouped according to certain areas so it's not all that hard to glance at each runebook until you find the one that's close to what you have. You can also match the coordinates to the database on THB. That'll tell you exactly which number it is.

Perfect Thanks! I checked this out, for anyone on Atlantic having the same problem the numbers listed on the above website correspond to the second number in Goodman's rune books.
I never understood why they dont put the coordinates on the map they way they do with MIB's.

We used to be able to have these all marked in the KR map, I am not sure why we would not be able to do it in the new client
I just loaded UOAM the other day (with UOA) and it came up with all the T-map locations. You need UOA, doesn't have to be regestered, to track your player with UOAM. UOAM still works, it just hasn't been updated in a very long time.
What do you mean there are no coordinates? every map has a corresponding coordinate. Someone originally used the coordinates to set the pin number or some other code. I think the coordinates should be recorded on the map after you decode it.

Ok I just confirmed that the SOSENTRY system does work with the enhanced client, you can find the Treasure spots near the bottom of the page. http://www.spellweave.com/NFKRmaps.html

UOAM is not done. When you go to load in uoam (useing the regular client) when it askes you to update each map area just click on "cancel". It works ok that way but if you are on a boat then you will need to stop occationally and take a step to see where you are at.

I just went into the Treasure Hunters forum here on Stratics and right click/copied the wall of text from one of the stickies,than opened...c/my documents/ea games/SA/userdata/than deleted the contents of the waypoints/xml file(I should mention ya need to open the XML with notepad) and pasted the text I copied off thunters forum into the now empty waypoints xml file than saved.
Violla,numbered dots on my UOSA client map.Now I can just scroll around,find the right spot,zoom in and check the number,hit ma book and kill kill kill. Just like UOAM. In the EC client ya even have a yellow highlighted area at the Tmap location.As long as your close you`ll visually see where its at.

Were there SOS possible in the sea areas that the volcano now sits (I know I've had several in the past that were in/close to the area), and if you have an SOS for an area now land, can something be done to correct it?

I know they used to be possible. I`m the new proud owner of shady acres located inside an impenetrable mountain with no way in as far as I can see. A RL friend was doing some fishing around that area before the addition of the volcano. He has several boats parked in every zone so it cuts his sailing time for SOS`s. Well to his dismay,when he hit the key after patch day he didn`t appear onto his boat but instead the only sandy spot inside the whole mountain.
I`m thankful he has 2 houses and didn`t want to move. I don`t have much of a view but thats OK for a hermit/miner!
Maybe if ya throw me a couple of those now landlocked SOS`s I can sift thru the sands of shady acres and try to pull ya something up.The sands still moist! *runs off to grab a shovel*
