Treasure Hunting changes update ?

I remember months back to read that this summer some nice changes to treasure hunting with loot revamp would have come (I am crossing fingers to see Peerless/imbuing ingredients in Treasure Hunting/Fishing chests' loot, at least for the top level chests/nets).

Since we are approaching the end of July, I was wondering whether anything is known about what is in the works and whether there is an ETA for the changes to be released, moreless.

Also, no info yet about what will come as 13th year new Veteran Rewards ?
