I have had trouble with my hubbys tokens allowing him to come back to Sonoma.
I will start the process and then remember that I forgot something.
I hit escape and then grab what I needed from the other character.
(this is where sometimes I get distracted and don't transfer that day)
the next time I try to start the transfer
it says the token doesn't belong to this account
(lost track of how many times this has happened)
the last time was a couple days ago
but it didn't occur like that.
It gave that message after waiting the 5 mins
(I had to send another character there to bring another token)
And I just used that token to head back to Sonoma
I might just have to retire that character from doing shard jumps
