Transfer character from one account to another?

Is it possible yet?

Back when me and my wife started playing we just had the one account. Over the years we started another account but of course we have our favorite characters on the same account and would like to be able to move them around so we can play the game together on our favorite characters. Before anyone says it we have no desire to work up characters again. Really neither of us have the time for it. We just want to log in and play the game when we can.

Sorry no, you cannot transfer a character from one account to another account. Only transfer allowed these days is shard to shard same account.
