(Question) Tram Materials vs Fel Materials

Ok before I left a few years ago, I know that they doubled resources in Fel. I just heard that they have cut Tram craft materials such as ore and wood by like half or more just to please pvpers so people go to felluca? Is that true?

Fel is double resources vs Tram. No additional changes have been made.
