Trading a House

I know I cant trade my house up with MY OWN personal vendors. I have to take them down.

There are 4 vendors being rented. Do they need to be taken down or do they just go along with the trade?

you can transfer a house with vendors owned by others placed on it, just not your own. unless the vendors you own on the house are say owned by you on a 2nd account

i would recommend notifying the renters of the sale though b/c other wise the new owner by cancel the rental contracts and wait for the vendors to fall and take the items/gold from the moving crate.

Actually Im going to ask them to move across the street.

I bought an 18x18 in Ter Mur.

im still debating between atl and gl, but the desire to return to atl is very strong. it will ultimately depend on what i find for housing on gl, which hasnt been much yet.

let me know when the house is going up for sale and id be interested in taking a look

raven, one other thing, i dont remember but i believe when you transfer a house it cancels all the vendor contracts so you may need to set them to renew.

something medium-large, but preferably max secures and ideally along the main road around makato or outside one of the 4 major gates of luna.

although id also consider other areas where other houses can not be placed, ie a small island or say somewhere in a forest clearing that only 1-4 houses can be placed.

im a bit picky about where i live

The house Im dropping backs to the water.
There is a front yard and cant have a house placed there.
