Town Loyalty

I decided to try the new town stuff..

Could someone please tell me how you open the City Loyalty menu to check your status?

Left click on yourself, choose loyalty rating like you would to check karma or fame. Button on bottom for City Loyalty.

When I click on Loyalty I get my character sheet..

I can scroll sideways on the bottom and I get to a Loyalty page but it only lists the Gargoyle Queen loyalty, Ophidian, Bane and Meer.. no cities.
