The tower is in the large sandy area SW of Umbra City. Coordinates under the house sign are 11,4 N by 26,26E -- Lots of empty space around it. Post here or send a private message if you want a gate to the tower or you want to make an offer. The tower is empty and you can move in right away. It also has max secures/lockdowns.
