Considering how much trouble people are having selling keeps, I would think you are just better off dropping the tower and reclaiming the plot value. Not like its prime real estate near a moongate.

Not looking to make money on it just wanted to put it out there, it is also listed on the NEW forums and since my gateless char has been useing it for ages I assume a noob or someone with mage could too. If no one comes along before it's suposed to fall I will drop it and reclaim the placement cost.
