Total maximum property weight

Quick question. Wasnt there suppose to be a difference in total maximum property weight between exceptional and regular made items? Because when I see total maximum property weight both normal and exeptional read 500. Was something changed? I could of swear I saw 600 maximum for exceptional items somewhere.
