Toon Council: Attention toons, on FEBRUARY 17, 2011 the V.P. launched a sinister attack that benefited all cogs, but sadly devastated all toons. That's right, because of the Movers and Shakers efforts to to steel jokes, the V.P. awarded them with a new building. We have learned it is called a field office.
Above are images that our toon rangers were able to retrieve. This building is far more dangerous than normal cog buildings, and holds the shopkeeper of the captured building. Now after several attempts we were able to see what this astounding building has in store for you toons, and boy is it different.
We learned that there are 2 parts to this new building.

- The main office floor, where all the cogs are holding the jokes and the Movers and Shakers have blocked the exit.
- The executive suite, where you must battle the cogs and free the caged shopkeeper.
