Tokuno pirates

Can anyone speak of how that works? ie is there a seaport there to get the quest to capture?
Are the rewards any differnt? ect ect

The seaport is at Mekato Jima main Tokunom city..
The docks at the south end have the turn in npc for pirates.
I have not noticed anything different with turn in..
But then having to find all the items to do a hunt can be a pain ..if you dont have any on real shard to copy over.

if we are lucky those pirates will works properly (not like the unsinkable ships of trammel...)
