Thank you for your feedback, but disagree in a sense that has been missed. I never stated or approached these auctions as a means to make a rich man richer. Can that happen? Most certainly. But, the point of the auction, as briefly mentioned before I devoted time to bring back the auction house, was to bring forth a sense of community. Something that the average player can belong to, as well as the experienced player. I am merely the auctioneer serving those who want to partake and invest in the auction house.

I understand there are those that do not like this idea, and I concur that mixing the lot with far superior items to that of the inferior does give the notion of 'junk' but, I still stand by this stance because Toad Town has stood by the sense of belonging and community build up. In the six weeks I have been doing this, and over the years of doing the auctions before this reboot, I have seen new players find their place by selling their wares, and I have seen experienced players mingle with that of the less experience to provide a sense of community through one auction house. The larger scale is that of the entire town in tandem with player events, community organized events etc etc. It all serves its purpose.

The formula is still in the works and I will take your feedback and apply it where I may. Some weeks will be big and bold and other weeks will be small and modest. That, though, is determined by the individual player and what they take away from the auction house experience.

I was there tonight. Bought one item. There were some nice items that I wanted but I near was broke on Atlantic. When someone does not like the stock, it means they already have it. That gives an opportunity for others without plats to buy at a lower price.
