Greetings Everyone,
I would like to announce the Grand Opening of our new Auction House in Toad Town. The Auction will be hosted by myself, Alexander, and will be held weekly on Sunday at 5PM Eastern Standard Time.
For those who do not know where Toad Town is, it is located outside the North Luna gate, you will see white trees and a stage given to us by the lovely Lady Mesanna. From the stage point, follow the mountain side until you reach a house owned by Alexander. Also, we have a teleporter located at Nabins Luna house for faster travels, here is a pic.
Once you reach Toad Town, either by the teleporter or travel, follow the mountain side until you reach a house owned by Alexander. Once you find the house, use the teleporter circled in this picture:
Upon reaching the Auction floor, I would like everyone to read and observe our 'Rule Book and Need-to-knows' for this Auction house. The reason our last auction house was closed was because we constantly had people who liked to cause a disturbance, it wasn't worth the hassle anymore. The book is located on a copper table as shown in this picture:
Also in the picture you see another copper table near the wall in between two columns of chests. This is where items will be displayed for auction unless it is a bulk package, if it is a bulk package, it will be displayed on our vendor.
For those that are wondering about how to put an item or items up for submission, this bag shown in picture will give you a layout of what a submission bag should look like:
Did someone say Lottery?!?!?!
At the end of EVERY auction, there will be a lottery placed for the enjoyment of the public. Since this is our Grand Opening, we thought we should have a very nice lotto.
Although a Lottery is simple and fun, there are a few questions that might rise and we want to help everyone understand. For a more detailed explanation, I placed a book on the lottery table as shown in pic:
Some other things you may need to know about the Lottery:
- Only 40 Lotto books will be placed on Lotto Vendor. So First Come First Serve
- Price determination for lotto book is the quality of the prized item.
- I will use a lucky dealer and two dice equaling 40 faces - chosen number is winner
Can anyone else think of something people ALWAYS ask at an auction???

At every auction, there will be an Auction List! The list will provide a better grasp of what is being sold and you can also see when your item is coming up for auction!

Here are some other things about the auction:
- There is a maximum amount of spots available - which is 40 - First come first serve
- The Auction house will take a 10% Commission
- Maximum of 5 entries per person
- Auctions held every Sunday at 7PM eastern Standard Time
- Gates will be provided from Luna to the Auction House
- Pets are to be left on first floor or in stable
I hope everyone enjoys the auction this Sunday and please don't be to cruel to me!!! This is my first auction and am having nervous attacks!! haha
