[Treasure Hunting] tmap transfer?

Can Treasure tmaps be transferred from one shard to another? I have never tried so thought I would ask before I tried some people said yes, some people say no..

The only way to tell for sure is to try one as a test. I think if it has never been decoded you should be fine. I would speculate that if it has been decoded on a different shard then it would be unusable on another shard. However I have just recently returned to UO and much has changed...I have heard that maps refresh at some point too now

I have bought literally hundreds on other shards, ,hauled them back to my home shard and never had a problem. Can't tell them from any other map I got on my home shard.

I also brought a bunch with me when I transferred from Baja to ATL. No problem with them.
