I paid 25mil each for these lots (75m). However I am starting this sale at 50m. (I require at least 50m in gold, to consider any sale!) This thread is for placing bids, until I see a bid I like. I recommend offering rare decos, including some potted plants, and/or vet rewards. You will have a better chance of winning this bid. I will sell at the first reasonable offer above my preset price. I'm consolidating some of my resources and moving things around, to allow me more quality and quantity of play time.

All three lots are sold together, only together.
The beginning bid is at least 50 million gold.
Any bids higher, or offering rare decos, or other offers on top of 50m, are welcome.
I will end the sale when I feel a good deal is reached.

Bump, I want to sell these lots to a great house designer, if nothing else. In fact, this is my most important selling point. If you are an impressive house designer, then I will knock 5mil off your final bid. However, this will only apply at the end of bidding. And you will need to provide me some convincing pics of your previously designed or decorated lots.

I'm sick and tired of all these empty housing lots and ugly, trash houses around luna. It looks horrible for the shard. The first place new players log into, is luna. This whole shard should be working together to renovate and redesign the houses in luna. The best looking houses should be in luna, not other places where new players will never even go to.

I think selling all 3 plots together is probably hindering the sale, surely houses this close to luna are used as vendor houses, assuming there is anyone with 3 accounts running with no houses on any of them, why would one person want 3 of them?

Well, if one person owns all three they could make them look like an old-time downtown group of store fronts, or make a traveling circus with a different 'tent' on each or...

I'll up my prior bid of 5 Soulstone Tokens to 7 - or the equivalent of items from the UO Store - or the equivalent gold. If you'd like examples of my work - you can check out my house in the SW Corner of Luna. I have four others in town that are a work in progress as I can get the appropriate deco to complete them. You can also check out my town on Atlantic. Making Siege-Luna into a showpiece has long been a goal of mine.

I will accept this offer of 7 SS tokens (~70 mil equivalent value) and begin a countdown of 1 week from now. This bid will end on Monday, September 8th.

Tazar if you win these houses, then I will go ahead and look at your town on Atlantic. I will knock 5mil off the final price, if yours is unchallenged.

I will vouch for Tazar's building skills, they are an amazing integration with one another. My decorating skills are also superb, but since I do not have a suitable bid, I say he would be a great choice.
