Well, this is a friend of mine, who was obviously frustrated by the inaction taken. And it is a sweet spot, not a Luna spot, but a sweet spot anyway :)
On Atlantic, my wife would be their neighbor *grins*

So the OP disappeared, I assumed logged off in disgust...

Now I don't want to start any heated arguments here about right and wrong, but what I had set out to do, having several accounts, (no, I ain't telling how many :p) was to take one and page and page about this issue. Till the GMs started getting that attitude with me in their responses.
THen go to account #2, and page and page with that account...
then #3, etc etc.

As it turned out, didn't have to go past account 1, the GM RNG blessed us :thumbup1:

But for future reference, patience, persistence, and downright bullheadedness ( and multiple accounts) tend to pay off if the pages are righteous, and not the gimme gimme gimme variety.

That's been my experience, anyway...

I just don't get it to be honest with you.

Any other business, when the customer service is as random and inconsistent as one can observe in UO, that business would go out of business. I have seen people getting fired for less.

But I guess UO players are willing to get it up the A**. Yes we are a special breed and I think they know it. Since they know that most of the players will take it and shut it, they feel that there is no need for improvement.

I mean when a Dev have to spend their time to take care of CS issues, what would be the point of having the CS department.
