Well, it's probably worth more than 5 gp. I'm sure you can get at least 50-100!

Radient scimitars have louzy specials, so they aren't used in pvp. For Pvm, people are mostly looking for DI/SSI/HCI/HLD and some mana/life leech. If it had high DI and some SSI, it'd be a very good necro-samurai weapon.
