It isn't a constant, but "next week" usually means "in a couple weeks" or "at the last possible moment before the weekend next week". Also, I am typically wrong so lets hope my streak continues.

Deco contests start earlier than mid-way through the month, people are busy, travel is coming up. Don't understand why there isn't a switch to flip (ala the trees) to distribute gifts which should have long been ready to go.
