Had to take some time off from the game; thinking about comming back. I've got a few questions first:
1.) How is the situation with scripters and hackers?
2.) General chat - is it still full of rude trouble makers?

No offense but IMO if you are the type of player that worries about what everyone else is doing instead of just going out and doing one of the 10 million fun things to do in Uo then maybe you should not come back.
You can play and have fun or you can be obsessed & consumed by what you think others are doing and have no fun and be bitter.
Every single playstyle in UO(pvm or pvp or rp or whatever)is still alive & well and most importantly can be done without any problem at all(as always)
Sure there are cheaters and griefers and all-around asswipes. That has always been and will always be in any game. But you can still do whatever you want 24/7 without their interference.
You wanna tame? Go somewhere & tame. If a griefer shows up simply move to another one of the 12 billion taming spots in Uo.
You wanna farm resources/ingredients. Same as above.
Sux that everything you wanna do isnt instantaneous or perfect but thats life.
I personally think that the Luna bank(or anywhere the bored masses decide to hang out & do nothing these days)is the most distasteful place in the game. More griefers in the Luna bank these days then anywhere else on shard(including myself on occasion)
IMO anytime you have a large group of people in one place with no purpose you are just asking for bs or trouble.
You wanna sell something? Thats cool. Sell it and move on. Dont stand in Luna bank for hours spamming your items all the while causing trouble by making comments on what everyone else is doing. Thats what these boards are for
