I think from time to time we need to press the issue of items that have been over looked that would better serve us stackable.

I actually think a lot of things shouldnt stack.
prevents pack-rats.

having 9000 pieces of blackrock or 2300 sos's is silly to me.

Also is protecting from mass duping.

Nope for the DECODED maps we need the sorting BOD type map book. Option of facet and level of map. Or just level choice and can have more then one book just custom named by facet. And the books are not made but new loot in chest spawned in color for what shard found on. And If I rub the wishing Bonded Pet Rock some more.......we could get a T hunter rune book that completed maps are dropped into and work like a marked rune. This wont work for Ilsh but 4 out of 5's not bad for facets. Just three months from now going to the same map location shouldn't be a 30 minute dig up proccess again.

Maybe they can make new containers that just keep count of items added of one same type. Work like the scroll binders. Then the container can have a click option that turns it into a commodity deed for sale or easy movement. With 60k count limit. Like a quiver only one type object added.

Mil bank check will never stack. Any gold in check form need a daily upkeep like plants have and so should vendors. You don't bring the vendor a burger every day, no matter the gold count on them, they walk to the nearest trash barrel and toss goods in it. Then the go to the nearest bar and get drunk off your gold and can be found there by name. Like "Quiting UO Sale" or "Bulk Ingots" trashed and target insults at player characters that walk in.

Getting granite to stack took years so have a few more to wait before making demands again.

Don't like the idea of the stackable 1 mill checks, Can see many issues with them.

And add in the fun of double clicking a stack of 100 in a bank. Server crash?

How about them making a bigger rock?? 10 pieces gets you a medium rock 10 mediums get you a lg rock??

Got another idea... how about letting a bod book count as one lock down and letting you add/subtract bods when its locked down. Book owner/house owner. It is only 1 book why count the bods it's making people go spaz to find room.

That's a silly reason not to have stacking checks, or stacking anything else.

1) change the code so that anything that is duped automatically gets marked as duped and flag accounts
2) change the code so things CAN'T be duped

They would still be better not stacking them, so each single check has a unique ID. That way when duping occurs the server can detect a check with more than one id and delete them.

especially regarding bank checks, pieces of black rock, plants of the same type/hue, and tokuno pigments (esp the 1-use ones we got at the last tokuno event).

Easy - add a flag bit so that any duped check transfers the flag bit to the combined check. Then the larger combined check gets deleted. This should have happened to the BOD system to prevent the valorite runic hammer and barbed sewing kit dupes.

Here's a simple mandate for all new items introduced in the future:

If the item doesn't have special, individualized (i.e. random) properties it must stack with items of the same type.

Then they need to start fixing a few of the unstackable things with EACH PATCH. Starting with the chocolateering items that they said would stack 2+ years ago.

Can almost every item that stacks be put into a commodity deed now?

I was deeding up some things today and I was surprised at some of the things that can now be put into deed form. It's really nice! Jars of honey, sand, bandages, zoogi fungus, bottles of potion, recall and other scrolls, powder of translocation, rose of trinsic and orange petals and bolas. The list goes on. You can even deed up 5th birthday and 6th anniversary cakes. It's great! Thanks devs. =)

I would like to know if you can deed up seeds. I don't have any, so I didn't try those.

This might be old news, but it is new information to me.

Yes you can deed up seeds.

I dumped all my chocolate items already... but I would love to see all the bottles from the last few events stacked. I have to think me about this and go through my house. What about orgami paper?
