I have a little question. A theme pack is linked to the account. Then with the house of the owner.
But if i had two accounts and two houses what happens?
All chars of one account are co-owner of the chars of the other account.
In this case can i use the items in the house of the second account? With the chars of the second account?

I can't answer your question since I didn't buy anything, but compared to many posts back, I can say your English is becoming very fluid, keep it up

Based on my experience I'm gonna say probably not.. I had to put the upgrade code in at account management which means one account is upgraded and the other is not.

Soon as I can figure out a good way to test it I'll let you know.

But it is still very difficult when there are many things to read.
And the most difficult are the figures of speech or abbreviations that are different from Italian and do not understand them at all

I think this is the problem with theme packs. If you have multiple accounts you have to apply the pack to the account with the right house (if there are new tiles) and the right crafter or sometimes multiple crafters. If you don't happen to have the right things on the same account, you either lose some functionality of the theme pack or have to buy more than one (a clever marketing scheme perhaps!).

I would much rather be able to buy items individually.

only chars who have the theme pack can use the gardenbed or sending chest etc

it doesnt matter in what house they are used. the theme pack is account specific. not house specific

so your second account chars without theme pack, co-owner or not, canot use them.
