THEATRE/OPERA House -- :O :) :O :)

Hiya. I have a talented friend who writes plays and wants to act them out on Siege Perilous. However, we don't really seem to have a proper theatre--especially not one that will make PvPers behave. So I was curious if anyone had any ideas for creating one OR knew of one/some already built on another shard that I could look at. Thanks very much! I'll invite all of you to the grand opening

You might want to ask on the Baja and Catskills forums. I think there was a troupe on Baja (Golden Brew Players) that used to put on plays. I did a very quick search and found this old thread (http://stratics.com/community/threa...twelfth-night-february-10th-at-7-00-pm.234751), but it looks like perhaps they used the inn in Nujelm for their performance. There might be some other threads in the Baja forum for other performances they've done.

Unfortunately, I didn't have time to check them all. Maybe someone else who is more active on Baja can tell you if that building is still there and/or has some screen shots.

Hey, you might also want to look at the existing theaters in Jhelom, Nujelm, and Britain. Maybe the EM could lock down farspeakers for you? (The farspeakers are something you and your friend will probably want to investigate anyway!) Good luck to you!

That's an interesting idea. I have been working (when time allows) on setting up an auction house on Siege. I could, perhaps, turn one floor into a theater....

This was the theatre we created in the 'Fox & Vixen' Tavern on Oceania:

And although this one isn't decorated yet, this is the theatre set up for my new shop/event house on Oceania in Tokuno. This one will double as the auction house as I have a casino on the next floor up and a rune library on the ground floor.
