EA has plenty of volunteers working with other games.Hell i would help out for free, But ever since the volunteer mishap back in early this millennium, which ultimately got the volunteer programs canceled, EA not taking any volunteers or handouts whatsoever.
ZOMG! Your not a newbie anymore?Oh Gawd I'd love to read my newbie posts over there...
Eh Google knows everything I do. They know everywhere I am at. Heck they even know when I am cheering for Syrus dang it! They even know when I am stalking Airmid. They know to block all my messages to Petra because god only know she gets tons from everybody else They called me one day asking me why I was off the grid. ZOMG!!!! Can't even hide from them in a disasterI don't disagree with you. I sometimes wonder if that kind of scanning or checking to see what else you have on your computer isn't already happening. I have so much lag anymore running UO that it's not even funny. I haven't used UO Assist in two years and so I obviously can't use UO Automap or UO Cartographer. But even without any of those running and with none of the other applications that I sometimes have open while UO is running (ICQ, Internet Explorer, Excel, or Paint) open either, using the classic client lately is still horribly laggy/unresponsive. Trying to get tooltip information by mousing over stuff is terribly slow and doing something like targeting an item to unravel seems to be out of whack and it takes forever for the client to respond. It really makes me wonder what all I've downloaded with UO sometimes.

What seems to be slow lately is the display of tool tip information in the classic client of UO and getting the targeting cursor to work properly. If I target a rune book or something to smelt or something to imbue, sometimes I have to click on it three or four times before anything happens. Or if I'm slapping bandages on a mountable pet or trying to open a pet's backpack, my character ends up on the pet instead of bandaging it or opening its backpack. This has happened before in UO, especially with the pets, and then something changes and it all seems to clear up.Tina is your PC incredibly slow?
I have trouble with this too and my computer is brand spanking new. It seems the more "stuff" there is in the area the worse it is. My castle takes forever for item tags to load (when moused over). What seems to be slow lately is the display of tool tip information in the classic client of UO .
