The true story of Dintymoore

Way back in the summer of 2004, on the great shard of SP, there was a small community in east Umbra known as Dintymoore, that litterally sprang up from the ground.
We were just a group of ragtag outsiders with nothing on our sides but nothing to lose.
We played alot, everyday infact, but it showed, our community grew. So much so that one day we had an appearence of a very special visitor, a GM with a special message.
He said the "powers that be" had noticed what we had here and had decided to endow our community with special items. Most noticably a large stained tile that was placed on the floor of our field house. Odd indeed, but very rare.
From then on that house was know as the House of Dintymoore, as to why, that is a tale for another day.
Years passed and the idoc stalkers waited, bidding thier time. Time passing had been cruel to the city of Dintymoore and it's residents. Very few remained and those that did had little to no recelection of the past and what had happened there, so many years ago.
Then one day the unimaginable happened, that fabled field house, the House of Dintymoore was seen by many to be, In Danger Of Collapsing. A shocking sight indeed, but many had thier sights on glory and riches!!
Many waited the long hours a house waiter waits when waiting for a house to do what it suppossed to do when waiting. :p
Then suddenly something on the sign changed, very strange, very strange. From the wear and tear the sign appeared to be in, in the collapsing state, it now appears shinny and new and reads, "owned by Lothar". Lothar! Lothar! The most vile and viscious and hoarding and collecting scum of the shard...that Lothar? And sure enough, it is that same one.
How had this "average joe" of the shard, a known "rares" dealer but just like anyone else, how has he convinced the powers that be to give him this one of a kind Siege monument.? How could this injustice exist in this world?
The horror , the drama, the maddness!!!

Tune in next time, to find out what happens in this compelling drama!:danceb:

Lothar had received the building along with 10 copies of the "unique" Stained Tile from the original house owner, Lord DupRee. This year, during a regular dupe check by EA, his account was banned for possessing a significant amount of illegal items. I remember Lothar posting on Stratics that he was innocent, was a rare collector, and had no idea why his arse was banned from the game. He said, that maybe one of the checks he had received for selling 20 potion kegs to a Felucca guy was duped. But how should he have known?

(I know, this thread is totally nonsense, but I couldn't resist... Cynisism won.)

I think what he was saying is that; no one can take a joke... even the mods.
