Once again we are a kingdom without a leader. We now find that the Queen has neglected one of the primary requirements of a ruler -- ensuring the succession. I know she did not expect to be leaving us so soon but it is still a royal task undone.
This is a real tragedy for Sosaria as we are ill-fitted to function without someone at the helm, Our land is filled with warring factions and without strong leadership this is a recipe for civil war as one will try to obtain dominance.
When Dawn became Queen there was every indication she would be a warrior queen and lead her people in battle, for a while she did so but this soon faded and she became reclusive and we saw little of her.
In the past when Sosaria was beset by troubles we were aided by an Avatar and indeed an Avatar of the Virtues is very much what we need now. But where do we find such a paragon to lead us?. There is no obvious candidate for the throne, no bloodline, who can fill the void?.
